Download the template. Cut felt with fabric scissors; place top piece 3/8 inch from edge of bottom piece; machine-sew along side. Wrap top piece around tube, hold in place, pin, then slide tube out. Sew opposite side closed. Trim excess with pinking shears. Attach eyelet and key ring. Slide on a name tag if desired.
